Transparent rules, no hidden costs

A clear base fee for accommodation, a care fee based on the level of independence, and a straightforward price list for extra services.

Step 1 · Base fee

Accommodation and board

A fixed monthly fee depending only on room type — the same for every resident, regardless of health.

Step 2 · Care fee

Based on the level of independence

Before admission, our interdisciplinary team (physician, nurse, physiotherapist, psychologist, dietitian) conducts a comprehensive assessment using the Barthel scale. The result translates directly into the care fee — objectively and transparently.

The exact position within each range is determined by objective factors assessed during evaluation: cognitive impairment per MMSE (+10–20%), behavioural symptoms (+5–15%), specialist medical needs such as insulin therapy, PEG or catheter care (+5–15%), pressure-sore risk per the Norton scale (+5–15%) and mobility level (+5–15%). You receive the full written calculation before signing the contract.

  • Re-evaluation every 3 months — if your loved one’s condition improves, the care fee goes down.
  • Fee changes only after a full assessment — documented and communicated 14 days in advance.
  • Re-evaluation at the family’s request — at any time, free of charge.

Payment terms

One-off fees and conditions

  • Refundable deposit — one month’s base fee, settled at the end of the stay.
  • Monthly payment in advance — by transfer or card, with an invoice for each period.
  • Price list changes — no more than once every 6 months, with at least 3 months’ notice for current residents.

  • Early Bird −10% — for the first 30 pre-opening reservations. Reserve a place →
  • Couples discount — for married couples and partners living together.
  • Long-term commitment discount — for contracts of 12 months or more.
  • Referral programme — a discount for both the referring and the referred family.

How do we calculate the fee? A worked example

Room and board

Place in a double room — base fee PLN 7,999.

Resident assessment

Barthel scale: 15 pts (category: dependent) → care fee base PLN 6,000. Additional factors: moderate cognitive impairment (+10%), insulin therapy (+10%), medium pressure-sore risk (+5%), mobility with one-person assistance (+10%) = +35% in total.

Care fee

PLN 6,000 + 35% = PLN 8,100 / month

Total

PLN 7,999 + PLN 8,100 = PLN 16,099 / month + any extra services ordered. We prepare a full calculation for your loved one after the assessment — free of charge and without obligation.
